ACCOUNT SUSPENDED DUE TO NOT FICA

I ordered my Fnb Gold Cheque cards and was told I that i would receive my card within 3-4 working days via courier Which did not happen after almost 2 weeks i finally got my card. The excuse was miss communication. The courier got to my place of work and told me not to give him the documentation that FnB told me via email to give to him. My salary was paid into my account but does not reflect. Phoned Fnb and they confirmed that My account is suspended due to the fact that they did not receive my documentation. Now i want to know why am i told that the documents are not needed and now my account is suspended.. This is the worst communication I have ever had with a Bank. I am truly disappointed in FNB and the courier company.
