My Loan account was settled in full early November but the debit order of R 3627.21 had already went through. on the 1st, I phoned your call centre and i was advised that the money will be credited to my account on Tuesday the 5th. You did not credit me I called you gain on Wednesday the 6th. I was told that the finance department is handling my query. They will phone me back the same day. Guess what! no one bothered to contact me. Today the 11 th of November I phoned the same number that I've always called : 0860 10 20 43 option 4 the lady I spoke with referred me to the collections Department. I've been holding for the past 40mins! I'm really disappointed with your service, If I was owing you I probably would have received about 20 sms's and calls. Please sort this mess as soon as possible.
