Incompetent Finance Department

I used an incorrect reference number to deposit my fees, I got a receipt on my unisa account for the payment made. I then decided to contact the unisa Marketing department since I do marketing. I spoke to a lady by the name of Promise who took my details and asked me to send her a proof of payment which I did, she forwarded my details to the finance department, but they never bothered to reply or sort out the matter for me, it has been two weeks since I payed, tried to call them but their lines are never available, I have also emailed them on a daily basis to follow up on my query but they never respond. I contacted the Marketing department and spoke to Promise again and she referred me to Mike her superior, Mike advised me that he will forward my query to the finance department again which he did, but i still have not heard anything from Marketing or the Finance department. Now when i try to get hold of the Marketing department there is no one available. I am worried because assignment are due soon and i don't even have study material which will most probably take time to be delivered to me as well please assist
