Took me for a clown

This is terrible service received from Windscreen direct!! They confirmed an appointment for today 15:30 and even send a mail confirming this! I rushed to the bank getting the R750 paid and all was done on my part and they did not pitch! I made arrangements to be without a car for a day and use someone else's car as I am on the road the entire day! Now I must make a plan again tomorrow! I work in travel and will be charging them R957 for the delay as I must rent a car tomorrow to drive! I will rent a BMW 3-series as that is what I have. This is terrible terrible service experienced!
