Why cant anyone help me with a settlement balance?

I am trying to obtain my settlement balance for my loan account but I'm being sent from pillar to post. I first phoned the loans department on 0860 102 631 who referred me to the legal debt review department on 087 575 0095. They then referred me to 011 352 5369 and the lady there also advised they could not help me as she cannot access the account. She then put me through to another number, without giving me the number she was putting me through to, and the line cut off.
In desperation I gave up on getting my balance over the phone and went in to FNB in my lunchtime yesterday. After waiting for 20 minutes I was advised to phone 0860 102 631 and they would give me a settlement amount. So I tried that number again today and of course they again referred me to 011 352 5369.
Although everyone I spoke to is very friendly unfortunately nobody seems to be able to help me with this.
Can someone please come back to me with my settlement balance urgently? I want to pay it this week still otherwise the NPDA will debit my account again and I will have to struggle to get the money back. I've paid off all my creditors already this month - its just this account that I am stuck with.
