My Personal STD Bank account was settled, and I was debited again for the same account which is paid up.

I have been on the phone for 2 and half hours, first number given 086 0548 523 to have the debit order reversed, waited 20 min, than got given Tel; 0861 498 468 waited 25min, (they don't do reversals) than got given Tel; 0860 123 1000 (as they can only do reversals).

Called, Waited 15min, than was told they can't assist, and wanted to put me through to number 0861 498 468 AGAIN! When I voiced my opinion, I was cut off..

I called 0861498 468 again, waited 20 min, cant assist, given number 0860 548 523 AGAIN! Was put through, was told that the account is paid-up, but they can't assist with the Debit order reversal, was given 0860 123 1000, called waited 20 freaking min Only to be told that they can't assist, was given 0860 548 523...

I have called complaints department, branch line (0860 101 341) to try and get this matter resolved, STD Bank are so quick to take your money, and when my debit order is struck for a loan I actually have on Tuesday, will they understand that I don't have enough funds due to the FACT that they Debited incorrectly!
