Unable to resolve my query

I transferred money from my Capitec Account into my Nedbank Account on the 20th of January 2014 and even today my money is still not reflecting in my account. When I realised that my money is not in my account I went to Nedbank Southgate and they advised me to go to my bank then I went to Capitec Southgate Branch were I was assisted by a lady called Nthabiseng then she later on referred me to the branch manager by the name of Rapelang Gangada who promised to assist me. After two days I went back to the branch and i didn't find Rapelang and I spoke to her assistant by the name of Tisetso and she told me that the matter is referred to their inter-bank department. Yesterday (30/01/2014) Tisetso called me and gave me a number to called at Nedbank and called the number and they confirmed that thev money is not in the Nedbank suspense account. After work I went to Nedbank Killarney branch and they checked their suspense account and the money was not found and Meshack call their customer centre and they confirmed they didn't receive the money. I called Capitec complaints department and I spoke to a lady called Melissa Batist and she said she will contact me taday (31/01/14), she did call
