NO REFUND

On 25 August 2013 I went to a First National ATM to draw money. After typing in my pin and the amount of money I would like to withdraw, nothing happened and the machine did not return my card.

I waited for a while to see if the card would come out. I called Capitec Bank to stop my card. On the 26th I went into the bank and at that point realised that an amount of R750 was withdrawn from the account.

Capitec now says that they will not refund me. This whole incident is not due to my wrongdoing.

I would like this matter resolved as soon as possible. For Capitec Bank R750 is change, to me it is a huge amount of money. I believe their should be camera footage of the ATM or something to verify that I in fact did not get the money.
