I withdrew R950 from an FNB ATM in Verwoerdpark teller number 60869 the machine took ages and eventually gave a slip to say amount withdrawn R950 which I never got and another message at the bottom to say we have encountered a problem, please contact your branch. I immediately went to my Nedbank branch and they confirmed that the money was deducted but it will take between 7 and 15 working days for FNB to sort out. This is pathetic it took you people seconds to deduct the money off my account but it takes you weeks to put it back. Pathetic...
