Very bad attitude

I'm a long-time happy FNB customer so when we needed to open a Body Corporate account I suggested FNB. We spoke to Craig Govender at the branch outside Musgrave Center in Durban. He stated that there was a problem with one of our documents because he didn't think the letterhead could be accepted as a letterhead - even though he could not tell us at all what a letterhead actually is, and when he did, technically ours was perfect (it even satisfied the actual definition of what letterhead is). Anyway, the problem is not that he wouldn't accept it, the problem is that he treated the lady I was with and myself like incompetent with the education of 5 year old's. He was completely condescending, rude and unprofessional.
