I had to stand in line for almost an hour after my wallet was and staff has an bad attitude towards customers. Numerous previous complaints had been lodged with the promise of that someone will contact me and problems will be rectified. After 25 years with nedbank and thousands in banking fees I am treated like dirt at this branch. Today I had an emergency and the line at enquiries was almost out the door. Can nedbank not afford staff? I will be closing my account at this bank for good and advising all of my clients to do the same.
