We are a professional services company. We initially went to them to do all our graphic designs, letterhead design, business card design, and printing of all of the foregoing. We specifically requested a letterhead in word format, in order for us to use it electronically. They send it in every format except word, not complying with our initial requested. After a lot of hissing, we received the word doc. When we moved premises we returned to them requesting that they amend our address and contact details on the word letterhead. They accepted the business however thereafter made us feel as if we are inconveniencing them extremely. They were obtuse, impolite, impatient, and they had a general bad attitude. We are not difficult customers, our requests are clear, simple, we pay as and when required of us, and do not waste the time of our service providers.
