Very Disappointing Service

My Girlfriend and I had gone to the FNB branch by the Glen for the 3rd time. My Girlfriend is from the Philippines and is on a Quota work Permit and needs a personal Bank account

The 1st time we went to FNB, we had the proof of residence, Identification, the Quota work Permit and the signed Letter of Appointment from the company. FNB still requested 2 additional documents that needed to be filled in and the letterhead of the company to be added.

The 2nd time we went to FNB we handed the 2 additional documents filled out by the company and with the letterhead of the company. this was not good enough as it couldn't be hand written, it needed to be typed out.

The 3rd time we went to FNB gave in the docs typed out with the letter, then we were told no the docs we were given are examples, so therefore we need to retype the docs at this point I asked the clerk to please speak to his manager because this is ridiculous all i got in response is "as i was saying we cant accept these docs".

so I went to Standard bank and opened the account within 15 minutes all docs were all in order.

maybe Steve from bleep bank can stop advertising products and speak about Customer Service..
