Good day,
I paid and closed my account on the 14th Oct-13 and still to-date Credit Bereur hasnt been updated and this account is still showing outstanding. I have called the customer services centre already 4 times and everytime I get informed that this information will be updated. I ran and paid for another report at Transunion this week and this information hasnt been updated. I even called Transunion and they informed me that African Bank has never sent any information to indicate that this account has been closed. Please can you tell me what i need to do in order to have this information updated as i have already tried every thing i know to do. The service at African Bank is very unsatisfactory. I am glad the account is closed i will never have to deal with them again.
Utterly disapppointed.
