My cheque card was on 17/10/2013 and I reported it telephonically on 18/10/2013. The call centre agent told me it would take - 5 working days for the card to be delivered and I insisted that the card must be delivered to the Centurion Mall Branch. I received a sms on 24/10/2013 that my card was ready for collection. I went to the Centurion Mall branch on 25/10/2013 to go and collect my card just to be told that my card was at the Centurion Main branch. The consultant requested that my card should be send to the Centurion Mall branch via their systems and told me it would take 2 days to be delivered. I went to the Centurion Mall branch today and I was told that my was delivered to the them but they cant find it as it isnt even in their books but it was on system.
