Changing Financial Advisor or broke

Good day,
How long does it take for someone to get a new financial advisor or broker. I've called your call centre twice. The first time I was given an email address of Jaco van Heerden. I've since sent two emails without success; not sure if I took down the email " [Email Removed] correctly. I've called again last week Thursday and I was advised that they will allocate someone the latest being Monday. Today its Friday. I'm tired of the runner rounds. I want a new financial advisor and I don't want to see any of my correspondence with current advisor's name on them.
