Ad attitude of call centre agent

I received a call from a call centre agent advising me that as a cutomer, outsurance is offering a quote on life insurance, for the purposes of comparison of my current insurance and im under no obligation to accept and the quote can be emailed for consideration. he then forwarded me to another agent who is the life insurance agent and apparently a financial advisor so i was told later on by him. the first agent was professional and had good manners. the second, the "finanacial advisor" went through a list for about 15-20mins, about questions regarding my health and current cover etc etc. in the end i say please send me the quote for consideration and his attitude then changed and he starts questioning me as to what do i need to consider! because it was tailor made to my requests! and he is a financial advisor so its a good quote. and who am i covered with (although this was discussed earlier) and can they offer this etc. however the overall attitude was unacceptable. i am highly disappointed in outsurance as i have been a customer for approximatly 5 years, and to get this attitiude is ridiculous! we should not be forced to take the life cover! its supposed to be a comparison only
