I ordered foreign currency via the online banking system on 5 Nov 2013 to be collected on 7 Nov 2013. I chose the option of small notes. This was clearly read by the staff at the Cresta Forex desk. When I arrived at the Cresta Branch to fetch the Forex while being assisted by a lady in the front and filling in the necessary forms, I was informed by a lady at the back called Karyn McAslin that she saw that I specified I would like small notes, and she asked what denominations I would prefer. My response was that I would like that forex in $10 bills and one $5 bill. Her response was that she did not have enough $10 bills as she did not take out enough of these. I responded by saying that she could then give me mostly $20 bills and whatever else in $10 bills and $5 bills. She said that she could not help with this because I the safe is already closed and thus I had to take whatever she had and that she would be giving me a mixture of notes ($50, $20, $10), although this is not what I asked for nor specified online. I said that I would like to speak to someone more senior and asked for the ladies name (Karyn McAslin) four times and she refused until I persisted. After that sh
