Acc not closed on demand-result bad credit record

Cancelled account an stopped debit ordecordr which did not happen my bedit was stopped yes but not my account so this fees accumelated ...after many monthes i reviewed my credit record an saw that i have an bad record because of this .. now i had to pay this fees an billing and what els to close this account costing me dearly an i stil sit with the bad name and cant get debt easily now.. i sent an new leeter of cancelation to RCS and waiting to see if the work is done like accepted.....
