Ever since fnb launched their new on-line website I'm have problems. I have had to reset my password once at month end. I was not able to pay all my bills on time. the password blocks again today on month end I'm unable to pay my bills. i called the call centre I had to wait for over a long time with no response. the lady who tried to help failed because the system kicked me out again. this is a high level of inconvenience and fnb is doing very little about this issue.
