BAD SERVICE AT FNB FOREX JHB

Everytime we deliver documents to FNB Forex in 60 Diagonal Street Johannesburg, we have a problem.
We go there to give them our FNB Forex Outbound Payments. When our driver arrives at the reception of this department they have to stand and wait for hours before they are helped. The reception personnel has got no clue who they need to phone to collect the forms and we then have to phone the forex department to send somebody to reception to take the forms from our driver. It is wasting our drivers time and our phone bills to keep phoning them to sort this out and send a person to reception.
We think we will stop our transfers from FNB, because this has gone on for to long and nothing is done about it.
