FNB FOREX - FIX NEW ONLINE BANKING PLEASE

I did a forex payment online yesterday when the Euro was R13.04. It started climbing and I emailed Raveen to please do the booking before it becomes too high. I received a read receipt from him at 8am, but it is 10am and I've heard nothing. I've tried calling Dikolo and she is not available. Meanwhile the Euro keeps climbing! We need our goods and need to do the payment. I had no problem before the new online banking to make forex payments, but since I've had to resort to again filling in the FOB forms and sending to FNB. Please do something immediately to rectify this problem with your new online banking - it! I JUST HAD A CALL FROM KATE MARAMBANA - I HAVE TO COMPLIMENT THIS LADY AS SHE IS REALLY HELPFUL AND GOT THIS PAYMENT SORTED OUT IN SUCH A GREAT MANNER. I AM PAYING MUCH MORE THAN i WOULD HAVE YESTERDAY, BUT YOU DEFINITELY NEED TO COMMEND HER - IT TOOK ONLY A FEW MINUTES AND SHE REALLY WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO GET THIS THROUGH IMMEDIATELY. SHE IS AWESOME! However - you still need to do something about your online forex banking to make it as easy as it was before.
