Cannot get through to the claims department

I called the call centre on 0860 212143 number, I was told that I'm at customer care and would be transfered to the claims department then I was cut off and had to call again and I was given the number 0861 112607 and the same thing happed. I was on the phone from 11am till 12:45 trying to get thru and still have not recieved any assistance. I even logged a request on their website, guess what I still have not recieved any assistance. Totally disgusting service, worse is that I'm paying so much for such service.
