I was very disappointed with the service I received from such a reputable insurance company, 1st of all I had to wait for over 45min to get through to someone from the Claims department and when I do finally speak to a consultant she hung up, I was basically trying to make a claim which I did not as I was promised call backs from 2 of the consultants in the claims department. I called in again today 25.04.2013 at 8.55am and spoke to a Vusi (CSA) and he promised that someone will call me back from the claims department no one call and I then called back later that and spoke to a lady called Ayesha at about 14.55pm I am still awaiting a call back from the Claims Department, this is very frustrating because you go on the Iwyze website and get the contact details for specifically the Claims Department and go through the IVR for the option you want and you still do not get any assistance from the consultants i am now considering cancelling my policy with Iwyze as I am very unhappy with this service, I have never claimed before since taking out this cover and I cannot accept such bad service. It is appalling. Consultant could not even give a reference of the call even when I asked for it
