I have been trying to get through to the Claims department for the whole day today. The lines are not working, however one can get through to the other departments using the same 0860 10 90 99 number!! I spoke to a helpful lady called Zanele in Enquiries earlier and she said she would forward my details to the Claims department for them to return my call, however I am yet to receive a call from them!
I just think that it is rather convenient for Hollard to have the Claim's department number unavailable, whereas my monthly premium is deducted each month without fail! I would appreciate a call back and for my claim to be processed as soon as possible.
