This is really frustrating. All you get is promises and no delivery. monthly money is debited from our bank accounts and we paying salaries of people who fail to render a service.
ive been calling the given no and im told to hold on. the communication doesn't even have a name so I don't even know who to talk to. I would like to inform everyone who is willing to listen and take a hint from me. finrite is not a good company at all, everything is ok when you pay and all trouble starts when you have to claim.
their communication is time less and indefinite, in the mean time I don't have a phone but im still paying. companies this are bad and exploit up the citizen of this country. its been a full week since I logged the first communication and more weeks since ive been goind up and down to EDGARS stores and until today my issues hasn't been resolved.
imagine im being sent from pillar to post with a R2000 claim. what more if my handheld was worth R5000 or more. my life is on hold because of EDGARS and Finrite. the next thing im told my hand held depreciated with time.
