So fed up with standard bank!!! @

3 weeks ago I tried to access money from my home loan account. I was told that I wasn't able to and that I needed to contact the bank. I was then told that I needed to fica and until we did that we could not access the money. My wife went that afternoon and did it. We were told the hold would be lifted in four days. After 3 days I called to find out if things were moving and was told that no documents had been received and I needed to go t. I did this and copies were made and resent. 2 days later I called again and was told that one of the documents were still missing. I said that the bank had made copies but was told I again had to leave work and go back. I did this, bearing in mind I work on commission and went back only to find that they had the documents there. I was again told four days. This has been three weeks now snd I just called the bank now and again no documents have been received at head office. I am completely fed up, we have no access to any money and everyone passes the buck all the time. No one can help ascwhat happens at the branch does not correlate with head office. I will change banks after this as ive had nothing but problems with standard bank!
