On the 6th of June 2013 I made a claim from Sanlam on my hospital plan plicy. They requested that I must submit documents and I submitted those documents. I spoke to Simphiwe who is a consultant at the company. Simphiwe told me that my claim decline without any reason. I waited for them to give response but up to today they have never gave any reason for declining.
