I have been calling MFC and went to their offices directly for them to assist me. I even sent an email to [Email Removed] on the 6/11/13 yet have receieved no response at all.
Below is thet mail I sent.
"I've been trying to get assistance with this query for a week now.
I have been assisted by your call centre agents, the ones I can remember were Yussuf and Mapule.
To cut a long story short, it came to my attention that most of the credit Bureau's Credit Reports reflect that I have debt with Nedbank for an amount of R191 046 which is totally incorrect. I signed as seen in the attached Vehicle sales agreement an initial debt of R121 385.
When my first installment was due in the beginning of June, two identical amounts came out of my account with different reference numbers which I brought to the attention of MFC. In which I was re-imbursed and told that duplicate accounts were open and the one was cancelled..."
My credit has been influenced negatively by this.
All I need is a response, please help.
