Very frustrating expierience

I need to sale company Sanlam shares, in order to do that i needed to submit documents allowing me to transact with the shares. Called call centre four times, every time received new list of additional documents which had to be submitted and every time different documents were requested. The incompetence of the consultants in the call centre is shocking. Had to be on the phone for about 50 minutes and switch from one operator to another to get the answer that my documents are still not in order!
