UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE

I was contacted by a tracing agency in August last year informing me that I was eligible for a pension fund surplus. I immediately submitted the agency with the relevant documents. In October I queried the status with Sanlam, and they informed me that they had no documents of mine. I then went back to the tracing agency who told me that they are no longer dealing with this matter and that i need to deal directly with Sanlam. The following day when i called Sanlam again, my documents had miraculously appreared. Sanlam has sent me absolutely no acknowledgement of any sort. Their call centre lines are always blocked. Apparently they make payments in batches, so if I am the only person, i guess i will never get my money? To date 6 months later - no money - no feedback. Absolutely shocking! Could somebody please assist by advising as to the status of this payment and why it has taken this long.
