I requested the beneficiary confirmation letter and policy documents to be emailed to me more than three weeks ago and still haven't received anything (I have an email to support my request).

There's also a Retirement fund site on the Sanlam website, I asked for registration information so I can monitor my retirement fund whenever I want to. I have not received any feedback either. I want to know the registration process!

I don't like the idea of having policies without having the supporting documents on my side. I have paid 2 premiums to date without these documents, I'm not going to pay the 3rd premium if I don't have the documents. This is really bad service!!!

Can someone please investigate and email me these documents?
