I had resigned from the company on the 30 March 2013 my notice period was till the 28 April 2013 and during that time I was sent numerous document from my human resources division and as I received them I ensured that I completed and returned the documents to them on time to avoid any problems with the pay out of my pension, I also ensured that I kept copies of the documents that I sent to them as well as any emails from my benefits consultant, it is now the 22 July 2013 and to this day I have not received any funds and when I made enquires about what the delay was on many occasions I was told it was still been processed and was asked 3 times to resubmit the documents when I had already sent all those documents that they had again asked me for and they have now made it seem that I did not hand in any documents and that I am now to blame for the delay in having the documents submitted on time, I am now having to sustain myself and family on small loans from my family and my credit rating is not as how it should be and when I made my enquires I am met with disrespect and attitude from the benefits consultant and as a former employee I am unhappy and placed in a bad position.
