I made a purchase at Wonderboom Pick n Pay on saturday. The teller swiped my card even twice and it came back declined, apparently there was something wrong with FNB and speedpoints. I then went to withdraw and paid by cash. When I got to work on monday and check my statements online It showed it actually went through. I called FNB and advised them and they told me I must go back to Pick n Pay and have them fax a letter to FNB for the reversal. I went then to Pick n Pay and they told me they want a bank statement for an authorisation code. That amount does not show on my bankstatement yet even today the 30th of January but online it showing its waiting for authorisation. Now what?? FNB is waiting for PIck n Pay and Pick n Pay is waiting for the amount to show up on the bank statement!..This is stressful for me!

I called FNB again today, same story... what am I to do now...?
