Disgusting Service

Went to purchase a few food items from my mum and once I was done I went to the till point to pay for my groceries. When I got the 1stly the till attendaent didn't even greet me, all she did was scan my items and ask me if I wanted a packed for my groceries then she carried on talking to the other girl that was packing. I gave her my debit card and she swiped it and requested I punch in my pin code and I did so immediatley after I received an sms notification about the purchase and the debit that went of from Pick n Pay Lens and the amount debited. Then the cashier wanted to swipe my card again and I stopped her and showed her the sms and she told me on her side it declined. She then sent me to the information desk where I found a guy that gave me an attitude and told me that I should pay again because I didn't receive a receipt and if. The money that went off would be refunded to me with 24 hours. I asked for the manager who aslo gave me a stinkin attitude telling me that I shuould came back with a bank statement showing that I was debited and if I was I'd be refunded and I told him tha its gonna cost me petrol and he told me tha he doesn't drive my car. SUCH SERVICE IS DISGUSTING
