I wanted to use my smart shopper card to purchase at the pick pay liqour shop and they couldnt swipe it telling me that its invalid, was sent back to the pick n pay shop for assistance, francois just told me sorry we cant help you, this card is incoreect and didnt even try any other option to help. i told him i cant be up and down to pick n pay for assistance, since its one shop why cant he call the pick n pay for help. he just said no, its your card do it yourself, im disgusted to be treated as such, any way went back to pick n pay and thanks to Diekesteng who was at the front desk at pick n pay coverted my points to cash and made a gift card for me to go purchase with. People like Francois who careless about customers shouldnt even be working for u
