Useless staff!!!

My fiance has an RCS card that we use at pick n pay when we buy groceries and so on. We went to pick n pay at hatfield plaza on jan the 3 and made a purchace of just over R500. Paid with the RCS card. Two weeks later we received a statement telling us that the R500 went through twice on the RCS card for the 3rd of jan 2014. So we went to pick n pay and the manager on duty that day was a lady called Patience, she told us on thursday the 16th of jan that she would fax every necessary piece of paper and information regarding this double payment to head office in cape town and that the R500 credit will be put back on the RCS card at the latest monday the 20th. On the 22nd we found out patience never sent the paperwork on friday the 17th and shes been absent ever since. Today the 23rd we still have no idea whats going on because neither pick n pay nor RCS is of any help. This is totally unacceptable!!! My fiance and I are furious because we have been waiting a week and its not been sorted out.
We would like to have this problem sorted by friday the 24th of jan. Only other option is that pick n pay give us a voucher for R500 to shop at the store because an apology means nothing!!!
