STILL CLAIM HAS NOT BEEN SORTED OUT ALMOST 5 WEEKS

I can not believe that after almost 5 weeks our claim is still not sorted out. We had to wait 4 weeks for an assessor to come, in the mean time we have to have to still pay our monthly fees,
You can call, leave messages, email no one comes back to you.
Really sorry we changed insurance companies, maybe its time to change medical aid and insurances again.
