I am quite disappointed w e service i received at Fnb Randburg, Corner Main and Hill i had activities that occurred on my account on e 30th of january 2013 .I went 2 withdraw at amount of R450 from their Atm at 7:57am, received e funds took my card & left. I later logged on 2 my internet banking interface so as 2 transact at 10:59am on that very morning only 2 realise i had an amount of R4000 and R500 withdrawn from my account at a non FNB Bank which is my hard earned money. I immediately called the FNB Call centre blocked my card, and was advised to visit the Nearest FNB bank, with is the Main street branchi was then given the wrong forms to fill in, e consultant who handled my case gave me a Letter of Dispute form instead of a Claim form, i later found out about this mix up when i called into e call centre to get some feedback, and was Advised that e branch had given me e wrong forms. I finally received a Ref number on Saturday e 2nd of February 2013.At this point i feel i will never get my money after i trusted the bank to look after my interests, I have been waiting for e past 9days no feed back. I feel FNB has not kept its promises me.
