Double booking for Iron man 3

Yesterday 30 April 2013, I made a online booking to watch the 11:50 am show for Iron man 3. My booking was succesfull at the self help service koisk I swiped my credit card to get my tickets but the koisk could not pick up my details of booking. So I went to the manager told the story and gave my online booking reference where he said he can't pick up on the system, so I went online on my phone to check my credit card statement (with discovery) in deed the transaction went threw. I showed the manager and said well if I can't watch the movie I paid for I want a refund as this was a 3d movie or even another ticket for another show maybe. He told me sorry there is nothing he can do and I can't get a refund. Plus there was a double booking by accident. So I phoned ticket line they give you 3 options nr 3 is foir complaints so I press 3 and it gives you again 3 options I wasted all my airtime without any help from either ticket line or the manager. So I am very disgusted with these pathetic services.
