STANDARD BANK AND THEIR APPALLING SERVICE

My cheque debit card expired 28/02/2013. No one called to notify me were to pick up my new, or if new card ready. i had to make the call only to find out the new card was sent to K90 Eastrand. they so fit to take it there. told them to take it to Sunwardpark center. On 02/03 went to pick up my new card. The line was ridiculously long, which i was patient enough to stand and wait. kindly note i suffer from Low blood pressure. during the waiting I would sit down, till eventually it was my turn. I received the new card. I remember clearly asking the consultant to check it, and if my secrete code still valid. I swiped my card as she instructed, i was informed all is well. Immediately went outside to the ATM to withdraw, to my surprise, my card was swallowed by the ATM. I went back to report. told to rerun in an hrs time, which i did at 12:00. the branch was closed, the manager notes me, but she did not even offer me to come in. Instead the consultant told me through the glass door they are waiting for the guys to come and take out the card. I stood outside for 45 -60 minutes. Today is 6/03, I still have no card. I'm disgusted with Standard Banks service. I was disorganized!!! HELP!
