I bought the smart device trough FNB, after a complaint on Hello Peter i had a response. but to no avail. the lady that phoned gave me yet again a different answer. and when i complained about that she said she would phone back. What a surprise nobody phoned back.
i'm seriously starting to think FNB can not help (as they so eagerly state in their advertasment)
