In November I took the smartphone option from FNB, I took a galaxy s3 and was fairly happy until it broke for some reason, so I phoned FNB and they said that I must take it to one of the approved dealers. I asked them to collect and FNB said no they cannot I must take it up with the dealer, so I did, the dealer is 170km from where I stay. The dealer informed me that they will be closed between 24th of Dec and the 3rd of Jan. I then phoned FNB and asked if there is anything else I can do because I really cant wait I use my phone for business. Yet again the answer was NO. January Came and I took my phone in, the dealer gave me a letter stating that the phone is faulty and must be replaced under warranty. I informed FNB and they said they will collect it A.S.A.P (28 January 2013) I then phoned FNB after no response on the 4th Feb 2013. They apparently escalated it again. After calling the call center a thousand times a lady Mandisa Tola phoned me and said she will handle it now she also gave me her direct number. GUESS WHAT? Its another week later, she doesn`t answer, and I have no idea when they will come and collect my phone!
