My log in details did not work for online banking and went through the process of re-setting my password online. I attempted this three times with no luck. the page kept freezing and wouldnt continue when I directed it to. There was a call centre number to phone on the page which i did and the automated message prompted there would be a charge of R52 for admin fees for over the telephone help with re-setting the password. I am so disgusted as the website is not working properly and because of this I have to pay R52 admin fee. this is an absolute cheek and i am so disappointed in FNB who I always pride as being the best service. The website problem is not my fault but now i have to pay to get my new password. Do other banks charge for this if there website is not working properly. Yes its R52, but that is not the point.. Shocking FNB
