Months ago i ordered a smart device through FNB.

Needless to say the service through Enginuity was AWFUL. I cancelled my order after an ordeal that must have lasted a month.

I then bought my iphone though the apple store.

Imagine my disgust and surprise that I have just ben billed for a device that I confirmed was cancelled and not received.

Utterly disgusting! Please avoid the smart device offer and simply go through Apple themselves. It's NOT worth the trouble.

I am currently trying to get hold of FNB to both lodge a complaint and get my money back.
