Trying to order smart device but nothing happens

Last Thursday I ordered a smart device through my online banking. I phoned afterwards to make sure everything is fine and was told on Thursday, Friday and Saturday they can't do anything untill I receive my SMS. So yesterday (Monday) I phoned and said I didn't receive a SMS.

I was advised to order it again through sales via telephone. So I did and was told I'll get a SMS confirming everything. It's now Tuesday 4pm and still nothing... just phoned and guess what... I was told I must wait for my SMS. Please this is urgent, it was supposed to be a birthday present for my wife... but now it will be late.

I moved to FNB last year September because I heard you have good customer service... I'm starting to doubt my decision.
