I have recently upgraded to the graphite account with FNB being promised an improved and unparalleled service experience for the extra monthly fees I would be forking out for this elite service and offering. Needless to say I have had an unparalleled service experience in that I have been trying for 5 days to have my cards delivered to me before I have to travel overseas. The courier company has been poor to say the least in that they have effectively wasted my entire day on Friday where I sat at home awaiting the delivery. I received an SMS with my tracking number and despite calling the courier company multiple times and being assured that the driver would deliver nothing happened. I raised this with my premier banker via email and received a response earlier today at 1:30pm stating the following "I have sent an urgent request regarding the delivery of your Graphite cards and will come back to you as soon as I have a response."
No response and no card. Truly a miserable experience from a bank I expect better customer service from. Honestly makes me reconsider the entire graphite offering if I can't get cards delivered.
