I applied for an FNB Cheque Account on the 31Jan'13, the process was pretty easy and quick. I was told that my card will be delivered to me within 5 to 7 working days.

Its the 15Feb13 and I am still waiting for delivery of the card, I had 3 different appointments set up at with the courier company. The courier company failed to deliver on the scheduled times and called like 1hour later with some lame excuse saying they are ready and waiting for me at the delivery address.

The reason why I took the delivery option cause its suppose to make it easier for people working 8 to 5PM during the week.

What is most irritating about this entire story, is the fact that delivery service should make it easier not want you to waiting the entire day form them.
