Non delivery of cheque and credit card

I applied for the young professionals account, and it was approved, i was told my cards would be couriered to me in 7 working days, its been 14 working days and i'm still without my cards, i have been inconvenienced because i cannot book flight tickets for the holiday i wanted to go on. all i get is calls from different people from a "courier" company and sms's telling me my cards will be delivered the next day and this has not happened. when this courier company calls me, they put me on hold for minutes until the call cuts off, and i'm left frustrated and inconvenienced. i now want to cancel this application!!!
