I have been with FNB for over 5 years now and the service that they offer that is worth anything is their OLN. I have a premier banker who shudder be called a pathetic banker, all she does is refer me to other departments. My most recent issue is that FNB is upgrading certain clients to a a graphite offering, I queried this over a month ago to be told that a select few clients were offered this and that they are doing this in batches... I asked if I qualify which I do... but my name was not in the original list and will be added to the next one... I responded by saying that I have on, y received pathetic service from FNB and I should rather go to a another bank where I actuality can get a private banker a real one point of contact... then I was told that I have been added to the next batch of clients that will be offered the graphite offering... and that my complaint has been escalated to a tea leader... well surprise surprise... still nothing 1 month later... FNB stop asking how can we help because actually you don't... I think I need to actually just take my banking elsewhere.
